Raina Grundy-Carroll

Accounting Manager

“Being “on budget” is one of the most important aspects of our work, and my role is critical in achieving that goal. I come to work every day knowing my work matters.”

Raina is an experienced project accountant and leader of WMI’s accounting department. She is responsible for the financial management of construction projects and the business as a whole. She combines her unique project management and operations skillsets with her strength in short and long-term forecasting, problem-solving, and vendor management.

Raina has over seven years of experience specializing in project accounting in the AEC industry, focusing on large-scale multi-family residential and hospitality projects.
